Orr BMW of Shreveport, part of the Gregg Orr Auto Collection, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Service Greeter / Shuttle Driver to join our growing team. This role is essential in creating a warm and professional experience for our service customers while supporting the overall efficiency of our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Vehicle Coordination

• Greet all service customers with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to record essential information such as name, VIN, mileage, and any pre-existing damage.
• Install protective seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on all incoming service vehicles.
• Deliver keys and repair order paperwork to the assigned Service Advisor promptly.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe service drive area at all times.

Shuttle Driver Duties

• Safely drive customers to their homes, workplaces, or other destinations while their vehicle is being serviced.
• Pick up customers when their vehicle repairs are complete.
• Maintain a timely and efficient shuttle route using good judgment and safe driving skills.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle courteously and safely.
• Keep accurate trip records, including passenger names, destinations, and pick-up points.
• Communicate with the dealership or dispatcher regarding route updates or service disruptions.
• Notify the Service Manager of any maintenance needs for the shuttle vehicle (oil changes, tires, cleaning, etc.).

General Support

• Park and retrieve customer vehicles promptly and safely.
• Support the flow of traffic within the service area, including assisting with loaner vehicle logistics.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Orr BMW in a positive and respectful manner at all times.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and immediately report any incidents or lot damage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow into additional roles — particularly the Service Advisor position
