What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet/welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Direct all cars into the parking lot in the correct order
- Make sure you are properly dressed for the weather conditions
- Check cars for passes and direct them to the correct locations
- Be alert during shift, report suspicious behavior to the Parking Supervisor and/or Security
- Collect fees from patrons looking to park in the Event Center parking lot
- Position or remove barricades/cones to prevent parking in certain spots
- Collect signage and cones and the end of the shift and place them in the appropriate place
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work alone, or in a team environment
- Available to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (Occasional morning shifts per event type)
- Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
- Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
- Able to comply with safety and health code standards
- Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
