Your Responsibilities:
-
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
-
Address areas such as mobility, strength, balance, motor planning, and positioning
-
Provide direct therapy in school-based settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support carryover of strategies
-
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
-
Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and state regulations
What We're Looking For:
-
Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or eligible)
-
DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain)
-
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

A passion for helping students thrive in their educational environments
