Your Role Includes:

Evaluating residents and creating individualized treatment plans

Helping residents maintain independence in ADLs such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and functional mobility

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for resident-centered care
-
Documenting progress according to regulatory and company standards
What We’re Looking For:

Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

A passion for working with older adults in assisted living
