Your Responsibilities:
-
Conduct speech and language evaluations
-
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs
-
Address areas including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
-
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
-
Provide documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
-
Educate caregivers on strategies to support carryover at home
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility)
-
DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain)
-
Experience in pediatrics or school settings preferred
-
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
-
A true passion for supporting children’s growth and success
