What You’ll Do
-
Conduct developmental and speech-language evaluations for infants and toddlers in home and community settings
-
Identify delays in expressive and receptive language, articulation/phonology, social communication, and feeding
-
Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans
-
Provide early intervention services within natural environments
-
Coach families and caregivers using everyday routines to build communication skills
-
Recommend adaptive strategies, AAC supports, and feeding interventions when appropriate
-
Collaborate closely with service coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
-
Participate in IFSP meetings and progress reviews
-
Maintain thorough and timely documentation
