A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve a diverse caseload within a school setting in Waukesha, WI. This contract role offers the chance to work alongside a dedicated full-time SLP, supporting approximately 35 students primarily in pull-out sessions, with some push-in services tailored to intensive needs.

- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students, mainly grades 2nd through 5th.
- Manage a caseload that includes about six students requiring intensive 4k/5k services.
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet varied student needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Certification as an SLP (CCC preferred).
- Experience in school-based speech therapy.
- Familiarity with pediatric speech-language disorders.
- Competence in teletherapy is a plus but not required.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience.
