As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll provide care in both Birth to 3 and clinic-based settings, working directly with children and their families in their homes and in our welcoming clinic. Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master’s degree)
-
Licensed as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical development, mobility, and strength
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing motor skills, balance, and coordination
-
Provide therapy in home and clinic settings while building strong relationships with families
-
Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and service coordinators to ensure holistic care
-
Educate caregivers on strategies to support their child’s physical progress at home
-
Maintain clear, compliant documentation of progress, goals, and outcomes
