Who We Are

Total Pursuit Physical Therapy & Performance was founded in 2023 to serve the Green Bay community of athletes, weekend warriors, and active professionals. We’re not an insurance-driven mill. We’re a cash-based practice that puts patient results above paperwork.

We’ve built strong partnerships with gyms and fitness facilities across the area, and our patients are highly motivated people who want to get back to lifting, running, skiing, climbing, and playing without pain. Once they recover, many continue with us through performance training and strength coaching to keep building resilience.

Our mission is simple: help people stay active for life while giving our clinicians the freedom to practice at the highest level.

The Details

• Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (20–40 hrs/wk)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm (flexible schedule available)
• Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 annually
