Position Overview
Greener Group is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee large-scale site construction projects ranging from $500K to $10 million. This role requires a hands-on, self-motivated professional who can manage multiple aspects of complex projects while working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of site construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Perform job costing, budgeting, and cost tracking to ensure project profitability
- Prepare and submit weekly project updates and reports
- Lead and attend job meetings with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage and process AIA requisitions (payment applications)
- Coordinate and schedule crews, subcontractors, and equipment
- Order materials and maintain proper stock levels to support project timelines
- Conduct layout meetings and collaborate directly with owners and stakeholders
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Work closely with an established seasonal field team to drive productivity and performance
- Problem-solve in real time and proactively address project challenges
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in site work, civil construction, or utilities
- Strong knowledge of large-scale public and private projects
- Experience with job costing, scheduling, and project financial management
- Familiarity with AIA billing and construction documentation
- Ability to read and interpret plans and perform basic layout coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office
