Position Overview
Greener Group is seeking an experienced Hardscape Working Foreman / Mason to lead and work alongside crews on large-scale public and private projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled professional who can manage field operations while actively performing high-quality hardscape installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and work alongside hardscape crews on job sites
- Perform and oversee installation of:
- Pavers and patios
- Concrete work
- Retaining walls and steps
- Fire pits and grill islands
- Other custom hardscape features
- Interpret and execute project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Perform accurate site layout using laser levels and other surveying tools
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hardscape Foreman, Mason, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of hardscape construction
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans
- Experience with layout and laser leveling equipment
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to work year-round in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (required)
