Position: Picker/Packer Associate

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $16 to $19.80/hour (Depending on shift)

Experience: Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience preferred

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm
• Wednesday - Sunday, 10:30am to 7:00pm
  
  

Greene Resources is seeking a Picker/Packer Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Inspect, count, and package finished electronic components according to specifications.
• Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Maintain organization of packaging materials and inventory.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards.
• Report any damaged or defective products to the supervisor.
• Keep the work area clean and safe in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals.
• Follow specific SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to complete tasks.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift schedule and overtime as needed.
