Job Description:
- Process and manage multi-state payroll for multiple external clients using systems such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, and Paylocity.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and open enrollment.
- Serve as the primary Human Resources contact for employees across multiple client organizations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and employment regulations.
- Coordinate payroll audits, system conversions, and time and attendance implementations.
- Manage COBRA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and workers’ compensation administration.
- Support recruiting activities, including resume review, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-state payroll operations.
- Experience working with multiple payroll vendors and Human Resources systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage calculations, and deductions.
- Ability to conduct audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
