Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day service needs for a portfolio of mid-market clients.
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Support renewal preparation, vendor coordination, and strategy execution with the Benefit Consultant.
- Coordinate internal team resources for plan changes, compliance tasks, open enrollment, and communications.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project items to ensure client commitments are met.
- Assist with data gathering, benchmarking, reporting, and project management tasks.
- Build strong client relationships through accurate, timely, and proactive service.
- Grow expertise in alternative funding strategies such as self-funding and level-funding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health License within 90 days.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and collaborative.
