Position: Data Specialist

Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)

Pay: $22 to $25/hour

Experience: Previous data entry, office, or related experience.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent work experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Ability to work OT as needed)

Greene Resources is seeking a Data Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Work within the tabulation unit processing votes and reconciling internal and external vote tallies.
• Run reports and work in Excel to complete tasks.
• Work within the voter system to tally and reconcile votes.
• Balance broker reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suite experience, including proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Teams and SmartSheets is a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking and research skills.
• Attention to detail and strong visual inspection skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
