Job Description:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain beverage equipment, including vendors, coolers, and fountain systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to meet PBV and PCNA quality objectives.
- Use electronic testing tools to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components.
- Utilize hand-held computer for call details, parts tracking, and work documentation.
- Manage truck inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with commercial vehicle regulations.
- Interact with customers daily to provide education, support, and high-quality service.
- Review daily schedule and reassign work within territory as needed.
- Valid driver’s license meeting PBV driving guidelines.
- Ability to travel daily within territory; occasional overnight travel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work variable hours as needed, including nights/weekends/on-call.
- Basic proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Customer service knowledge, including assessing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Understanding of safety and security procedures preferred.
