Position: Accounting Manager

Location: Rockwall, TX (Hybrid)

Pay: $130,000–$140,000/year

Experience: 7 to 10 years of accounting or financial management experience; prior management experience required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday; Day Shift

Greene Resources is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash activities.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports.
• Perform revenue and expense variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate and support annual audits and compliance activities.
• Improve accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage and direct senior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
