Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective and existing clients
- Guide clients through the enrollment and sales process
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Answer questions and provide exceptional client support
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Work closely with teammates to ensure a positive client experience
