As a Health Support Specialist, you'll work directly with clients, build lasting relationships, and help guide them through the enrollment process while receiving hands-on training from experienced professionals.
No previous industry experience is required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to grow, we'll provide the training and support needed for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on available Health Coverage options
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct follow-up consultations and account reviews
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain organized client documentation
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Coachable with a willingness to learn

- Team-focused personality
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
