Green Team Capital is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are ready to build a rewarding professional career helping individuals and families better understand their Health Coverage options.
As a Health Plan Concierge, you'll provide an exceptional client experience by helping individuals navigate the enrollment process, answering questions, and building lasting relationships.
No previous industry experience is required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to grow, we'll provide the training and support needed for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on available Health Coverage options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain organized client documentation
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Team-focused personality
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
