Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on available Health Coverage options
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct follow-up consultations and account reviews
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain organized client documentation
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
