Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective and existing clients
- Provide outstanding client support throughout the enrollment process
- Answer client questions and help guide them to the appropriate team members
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings
- Work alongside leadership to continue developing professionally
