The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is the largest hunger relief organization in Northeast Ohio, having made possible over 55 million meals in 2017 to hungry people in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Ashland and Richland counties. The Food Bank’s mission is to ensure that everyone in our communities has the nutritious food they need every day. We do this through both food distribution and SNAP outreach efforts. The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is recruiting volunteers to help our kitchen team prepare lunches for our Kids Café and Summer Feeding Programs!

Volunteer tasks during the shifts may include

  • Kids Café Lunch Bag Assembly
  • Summer Feeding Assembly

Kitchen shifts have the following schedule

  • Monday - Friday 9am-12pm and 1-3pm

For all of our shifts, please come prepared to assist with any duty! Thank you for your flexibility!

  • 09 00 to 12 00 EST
  • 10 00 to 12 00 EST
  • 13 00 to 15 00 EST
