Repack

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is the largest hunger relief organization in Northeast Ohio, having made possible over 55 million meals in 2017 to hungry people in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Ashland and Richland counties. The Food Bank’s mission is to ensure that everyone in our communities has the nutritious food they need every day. We do this through both food distribution and SNAP outreach efforts. The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is recruiting volunteers to assist with a variety of Repack projects!

Volunteer tasks may include

• Sorting through and Repackaging Incoming Nonperishable, Perishable, and Non-food Donations
• Shelf-stable Emergency Food Box Packing
• Commodity Supplemental Food Program Box Packing
• Backpacks for Kids Kit Assembly
  
  

Repack shifts have the following schedule

• Monday - Thursday 9am-12pm, 1-4pm, 5-8pm
• Friday and Saturday 9am-12pm
  
  

For all of our shifts, please come prepared to assist with any duty! Thank you for your flexibility!
