Job Requirements: Experience in Phlebotomy is preferred; Washington State Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist license required within 90 days of employment; Laboratory staff will provide training and documentation, employee will be required to submit the application and fees; good organizational skills; able to prioritize; good stamina with flexibility and frequent bending over; able to lift 40 pounds from floor to chair; able to lift 5 pounds overhead.
