Role Overview:
This contractor will primarily support administrative and operational workstreams within the Compensation department, while also contributing to light process improvements and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and day-to-day operational support
- Oversee shared inbox management, including triaging and responding to inquiries
- Support service ticket intake and request triage
- Perform data entry and maintain data accuracy across systems
- Assist with basic compensation activities, including pay evaluations and simple analytics
- Execute established processes that have already been streamlined
- Create and maintain email rules and support Outlook organization
- Identify opportunities for light process improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative and operational support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience managing shared mailboxes and high-volume requests
- Basic analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and the ability to apply them to improve workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- Exposure to HR or Compensation-related processes
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
