Junior Product Manager
Contract-to-Hire (6 month conversion)
Location: Hybrid – Dania Beach, FL
Schedule: Every Wednesday onsite minimum; 3 days/week onsite required during first 90 days
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology organization that is looking to add a Junior Product Manager to its Product team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Product Management career who is analytical, proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
You will work directly with experienced Product leaders and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data Analytics, and business stakeholders to help drive feature delivery, product improvements, and operational initiatives. This role offers strong mentorship and long-term growth potential into a fully independent Product Manager position.
This team values initiative, systems thinking, curiosity, and ownership mentality far more than deep technical expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support product execution and delivery across multiple active initiatives
- Coordinate with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and business teams to move projects forward
- Help manage product backlogs, tickets, feature documentation, and delivery timelines
- Participate in product planning, roadmap discussions, and stakeholder meetings
- Monitor product performance and help identify operational or customer experience issues
- Analyze trends, metrics, dashboards, and product behavior to help diagnose problems
- Assist with QA/UAT testing and production launch activities
- Learn product strategy and gradually take ownership of initiatives and features
- Contribute ideas and recommendations around process improvements and product enhancements

Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, project coordination, business analysis, operations, analytics, or early Product experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, or data analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, hospitality, fintech, or technology environments is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

- Conversion salary target: $100K – $110K base
