Position Summary

As an Executive Assistant, the ability to go beyond the numbers and deliver top-tier executive support to the managing partners. This role combines critical thinking, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.


A successful candidate in this position will be a self-starter with an eye for detail and will play a vital role in keeping the partners organized, focused, and effective.


The ideal candidate will possess research skills, coupled with an analytical and intuitive mindset. Sound business judgment, a mind for critical thinking and problem solving, and thorough organizational skills are just a few of the qualities necessary to carry out this role.


Key responsibilities:


1. Coordinate and maintain professional and personal schedules, meetings, and appointments for both partners.

2. Serve as a point of contact by managing emails, phone calls, and messages both internal and external.

3. Arrange occasional travel, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations.

4. Organize agendas, take meeting notes, and provide follow-up on behalf of both partners.

5. Prepare, proofread, and manage internal and external documents and communications.

6. Manage files, monitor task deadlines, and support daily operations.

7. Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor’s Degree.

2. 2 or more years of experience in an administrative role, executive focuses is a plus!

3. Demonstrated agility by serving multiple clients simultaneously.

4. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadline expectations.

5. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and extreme discretion.

6. Strong office and interpersonal skills and an adaptive intellect.

7. Ability to recognize problems, ask the right questions, think critically, and contribute to identifying solutions.

8. Confident, credible, and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.

9. Ability to travel as needed, which may approximate 5-10% of time.

10. Willingness to get the job done. This is an exempt position, so hours that exceed a standard 40-hour work week may be required during busy times.
