Position Overview
The Boyne Forever Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and help manage key administrative and operational functions of the foundation. This role blends traditional executive support responsibilities with operational support for BFF’s charitable programs and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination for the Executive Director
- Assist with email organization, responses, and follow-up tracking
- Coordinate meetings, reminders, and occasional travel logistics
- Assist with preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondence
Foundation Operations
- Manage workflow within the GivingData portal for BFF charitable requests
- Assign incoming in-kind donation requests to the appropriate resort reviewer
- Track review status and ensure requests are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of donations and requests across multiple Boyne Resorts properties
Social Media & Communications
- Assist with management of BFF social media accounts
- Schedule posts and coordinate content with the Executive Director
- Monitor messages and basic engagement on social platforms
Financial Tracking Support
- Assist with basic tracking of incoming funds across multiple revenue streams and resorts
- Maintain organized spreadsheets to track donations, activations, and fundraising initiatives
- Support documentation needed for reporting and reconciliation
Additional Support
- Provide administrative support for foundation events, campaigns, and initiatives
- Conduct light research and coordination for partnerships or programming
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations of the Boyne Forever Foundation
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education
- Post-secondary education required (Associate’s degree, certification, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant OR
- 1–2 years of experience in the ski industry or resort operations
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written communication and professional email etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital platforms, and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn,)
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Compensation
$23–$25 per hour depending on experience
Flexible schedule within the 10–20 hour weekly range
