Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, in office
What You'll Do:
- Provide first-level support for IT issues and requests by responding
promptly to IT support requests made by phone, email and through the
support portal. - Troubleshoot and diagnose first-level technical issues and resolve them
efficiently - Regularly check the ticketing system for new and ongoing issues and
document all actions taken and resolutions provided - Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, peripherals
and mobile devices - Provide associates with initial setup and configuration support
- Support associates with basic network connectivity issues and assist
associates in connecting to the network - Assist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management by tracking
the distribution and return of IT equipment - Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to other’s ideas and
exhibit willingness to try new things - Ability to work well with all associates, including managers and
leadership, as well as software/IT vendors - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For:
- Associate’s degree in a technical field or 2 years IT Help Desk
- experience working in remote and in-person settings
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft’s core business applications (Outlook,
- Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive) and operating systems
- Basic understanding of IT support tools (ServiceDesk Plus, IT glue,
- NinjaRMM), techniques and how technology is used to provide IT
- Ability to travel as needed to perform duties
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
