We are looking for undergraduate students in the field of computer science, math, or business process management. Responsibilities include receiving and routing helpdesk calls, upgrade and replacement of corporate computer hardware and software. Basic troubleshooting of Mac and Microsoft operating systems with the inclusion of MS Office, and Adobe products. Perform other related assigned duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Additionally, some basic Mac experience is preferred but not required
- Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot applications
- Self-motivated and able to contribute in a team setting
- 1 year course work in information systems/sciences, computer repair
- A , MCP, or Network plus certification
- An interest in helpdesk and computer technician technologies and concepts
