WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE RESERVATIONS SPECIALIST
Greet all our clients with a smile and enthusiasm
Make reservations for daycare, boarding, and grooming appointments
Answer phone calls and emails
Handle our pet clients
Make sure all our clients have the necessary documents
Upsell all services we offer

YOU POSSESS THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or pet care
Phone and computer skills
High school diploma
