Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Check in client for appointments and group sessions
- Collect client fees for services
- Handle data entry, filing to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
- Assist with basic record-keeping and expense tracking.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring clients feel valued.
- Perform clerical duties including office correspondence, client paperwork and supporting administrative projects as needed.
- Coordinate with all staff members to facilitate smooth office operations and enhance overall productivity.
- Support personal assistant functions such as calendar management and scheduling meetings for executives or team members.
Requirements
- Experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist within a professional setting is preferred but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- The ability to accurately make change, count money and run card transactions to track client fees and payments.
- Attention to detail for checking documents, receipts and maintaining accurate records.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
