What You'll Do
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters
- Handle complex trust, estate, wealth transfer, and tax planning matters
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and other professionals
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm's Trust & Estates practice
- Established Trust & Estates attorney with significant experience
- Strong background in estate planning, trusts, and related tax matters
- LL.M. in Taxation is a plus, but not required
- Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
- Strong technical, communication, and business-development skills
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
- Established and respected law firm platform
- Sophisticated HNW client base
- Strong support and resources for continued business development
