What You'll Do
- Handle sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Represent developers, investors, property owners, lenders, and other real estate clients
- Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and related transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client and referral relationships
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Real Estate practice
- Established Real Estate attorney with significant transactional experience
- Strong background in commercial real estate matters
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, or related transactions
- Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
- Established and respected law firm platform
- Sophisticated real estate clients and matters
- Strong support and resources for continued business development
- Collaborative environment with experienced attorneys
