What You'll Do
As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will:
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Facilitate project meetings and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and scheduling issues
- Manage project financials, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Bid and Develop proposals
- Interest in MultiFamily projects
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
- Coordinate subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
