Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution/trial.
- Drafting: Prepare high-level pleadings, motions, and legal memorandums.
- Discovery: Conduct and defend depositions and manage the discovery process.
- Court Appearances: Represent clients in New York State and Federal courts for conferences and arguments.
- Strategy: Collaborate with senior partners to develop innovative defense strategies for high-stakes claims.
- The Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice (or pending admission) in Arizona.
- The Experience: Experienced Attorneys are always welcome to apply. My client is also willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a passion for litigation.
