Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within an assigned territory
- Build and manage strong relationships with dealers and growers
- Promote and sell seed products along with biologicals and crop enhancement solutions
- Provide product positioning and agronomic guidance to customers
- Lead a collaborative, local team approach across sales and agronomy
- Degree in agronomy or equivalent hands-on experience
- Demonstrated success in relationship-building and sales growth
- Experience within the retail agriculture or seed industry preferred
- Familiarity with seed products and crop enhancement solutions
- Base salary: $75,000-$110,000 (depending on experience), plus performance-based bonuses
