Territory Sales Manager, Environmental Equipment

You sell capital equipment to recyclers, organics processors and aggregate operators. You know the difference between a trommel and a star screen. You want a territory with momentum, a dealer with depth and earnings to match the effort. This seat gives you all three.


You take full ownership of the Minnesota territory. Sales, rentals, parts support, and service coordination across the company's environmental and materials-processing equipment line. You sell into recycling, organics, aggregate, forestry and road construction markets.


Why this role

  • Base of $50,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, uncapped commission, typical earnings around $200,000 annually
  • Established Minnesota territory with an active customer base, not a cold patch
  • Full product portfolio across crushers, screeners, trommels, shredders, grinders, washing systems, conveyors, dust suppression and forestry handlers
  • Backing from 28 in-house technicians, a 30,000-plus parts inventory and a large rental fleet for demos and trials
  • Multi-state Midwest dealer with over a decade of trading and a 13-state service footprint


What we need

  • Two to five years of selling crushing, screening, environmental or aggregate equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, comfortable talking specs and troubleshooting on-site
  • Willing to travel the Minnesota territory
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, ideally familiar with AggFlow
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Minnesota
