Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients during the bidding process
- Assist with value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
- 5 years of experience in the structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals industry
- Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
