Senior Superintendent Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction with at least 5 years as a Superintendent
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale or complex commercial projects
- B.S. in Construction Management or related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage field operations, and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Deep knowledge of safety procedures and a track record of enforcing jobsite compliance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
