What You'll Do
- Aggressively pursue and close new business across FTL, LTL, and specialized freight
- Leverage your existing relationships to generate immediate revenue
- Build and grow a high-margin book of business
- Partner with operations to deliver exceptional service and retain clients
- Own your results-this is a performance-driven environment
- Proven success in freight brokerage, 3PL, or asset-based sales
- A transferable book of business and established industry relationships
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Competitive mindset with a strong drive to win

Compensation
- Base salary: $70,000 - $150,000 (based on experience and production)
