This role is a temp role for 6 months, and ideal for a relationship-driven recruiter who excels at identifying and placing top-tier professionals in hard-to-fill, specialized roles.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting attorneys/lawyers, loan and financial specialists, and business development professionals within financial and finance environments, including those supporting institutions such as the World Bank and similar agencies or programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle, executive-style recruiting for specialized federal and financial program roles
- Identify and engage passive, high-caliber candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building
- Leverage an established network to build and maintain robust talent pipelines
- Recruit for key roles including:
- Attorneys / Legal Professionals (e.g., regulatory, compliance, finance law)
- Loan Specialists / Financial Professionals (e.g., underwriting, credit analysis, export finance, lending)
- Business Development Professionals (focused on export finance, lender relationships, and client engagement)
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring priorities and provide strategic recruiting insight
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluating technical expertise, communication, and executive presence
- Deliver a high-touch, discreet candidate experience from outreach through placement
- Support surge hiring and urgent staffing needs while maintaining quality and speed
- Track pipeline activity and provide consistent updates on recruiting progress
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on federal, legal, financial, or banking-related roles
- Demonstrated success in executive search or headhunting environments
- Proven experience recruiting:
- Attorneys / Legal Professionals
- Loan / Credit / Financial Specialists
- Business Development professionals within banking, lending, or export finance sectors
- Established network of professionals within federal, financial, or export finance ecosystems
- Strong ability to source and attract passive candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence
- Ability to operate independently in a fully remote, performance-driven environment
- Experience supporting staffing for financial institutions, federal lending programs, or finance initiatives
- Familiarity with federal employment requirements, and financial institutions
- Background in executive search firms or boutique recruiting environments
- Experience supporting rapid scaling or niche hiring requirements
