Key Responsibilities
- Execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
- Establish positive working relationships with customers, brokers, and distributor coordinators to become a trusted point of contact.
- Communicate with customers clearly, frequently, and professionally to ensure high retention.
- Provide customized solutions to long-term customers, demonstrating convenience and value.
- Manage local brokers and ensure that our products are always top of mind.
- Support and work at K12 industry food events.
- Leverage key sales metrics and internally provided data to drive customer solutions.
- 5 years of food sales/food service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- K12 experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 60% Travel Required - 25 -30 weeks per year: 2-3 days per week
