Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to drive machine sales and develop new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, can manage a full sales cycle, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
You will be selling a proven, high-ticket product ($60K–$100K ) to entrepreneurs, investors, and multi-location operators.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field.
- Must have experience using and managing a pipeline using CRM (Salesforce, Keap, Hubspot, etc)
- Must be a Competitive High Performer with Proven track record selling equipment.
- Must have strong computer skills and written skills as well, Word, Excel and Powerpoint or presentation software.
- 6 years of sales experience (high-ticket or B2B preferred)
- Strong closing ability—not just relationship building
- Comfortable discussing ROI, financing, and investment-based sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in vending, equipment sales, franchising, or real estate is a plus
- Experience working with finance lease companies a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with provided leads daily using CRM following proven protocols and processes
- Qualify new leads (inbound)
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Educate prospects on the Kooler Ice business model and ROI
- Conduct virtual and/or in-person sales presentations
- Build relationships with customers, developers, and retail partners
- Maintain pipeline and CRM tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, financing, install)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Compensation
- Base salary uncapped commission
- High earning potential (top performers will exceed 6 figures)
