- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Leasing (office, retail, industrial)
- Development and financing
- Real estate joint ventures
- Originate and grow a portable real estate book of business
- Lead complex commercial real estate transactions
- Serve as primary relationship partner for real estate clients
- Collaborate across corporate, tax, and finance practices
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- Partner or Shareholder-level experience
- Minimum $500K portable book of business
- Strong transactional and client development background
- Performance-driven partner compensation
- Flexible partnership and origination credit structures
- Robust marketing and operational support
