- Business and transactional tax matters
- Originate and manage a portable book of corporate and/or tax clients
- Lead complex transactions and tax-driven matters
- Advise clients on strategic business and tax planning
- Collaborate with partners on cross-selling initiatives
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license
- Partner, Shareholder, or Senior Counsel ready for elevation
- Minimum $500K portable book of business
- Demonstrated client origination and retention
