Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling and renovation needs
- Travel to client homes to perform estimates and consultations
- Build strong client relationships and guide customers through the sales process
- Prepare and present project proposals and pricing
- Close residential remodeling projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication throughout the sales process
- 5 years of residential remodeling or construction sales experience
- Strong closing ability and customer relationship skills
- Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and estimates
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for appointments
- Strong earning potential with company-provided leads
