Responsibilities
- Manage projects from precon through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subs, and client relationships
- Drive cost control, change orders, and project execution
- 5-15 years commercial construction (multifamily preferred)
- Ground-up and mixed-use experience
- Strong financial and scheduling knowledge
- Procore or similar software experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- PM: $150K - $180K base
- Lead PM: $180K - $230K base
- 15-20% bonus sign-on bonus
- Vehicle allowance
- Full benefits 401K
