About the Opportunity
We are a growing San Diego-based construction company specializing in multifamily and residential projects. We’re looking for a Project Engineer to support our Project Managers and field teams in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager role while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of construction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Assist with project scheduling and documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Review plans, specs, and scopes of work
- Maintain accurate and organized project files and logs
- Assist with buyout and procurement of materials
- Conduct site visits and help ensure quality and progress tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of construction experience (internships count)
- Exposure to multifamily or residential construction preferred
- Basic understanding of construction documents and processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore or similar is a plus
Preferred Background
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

Compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 Base (DOE)
